on the Napa Valley Vine Trail.

The Napa Valley Vine Trail will be an alternative transportation corridor that will wend its way
through our viticultural mecca. This Class 1 shared-used trail provides our community a safe, car-free
way to explore the beauty of the Napa Valley at the terroir level.

With nearly 20 miles completed and an additional 8.2 miles this month, a gap still exists disconnecting
the upper and lower Napa Valley. The VINE TRAIL will not realize the true impact as the active
transportation corridor until all 47 miles are completed.

NVVTC has committed to raise $10 million in private funds to complete the VINE TRAIL by 2027. In
addition, we have committed to fund 50% of VINE TRAIL maintenance in perpetuity through a $7
million endowment fund.

Your gift to the full mission of the Napa Valley Vine Trail will support the engineering, construction,
and maintenance of the VINE TRAIL. With your support, you aid with the global efforts to help reduce
our world’s carbon footprint and Napa County’s sustainability goals for our greener tomorrow.
