Please be aware of the following:

• Your team's order will ship on or before the specified ship date.
• You can modify and add to your order up until the order deadline.
• Please see our help page or send us an email if you have any additional questions.

All of the clothing that you are in the process of ordering is custom made to order by Voler. Because your items are custom, all sales are final. So please, double check what items you are purchasing and definitely try on current sizing samples to insure that you are ordering the correct size. Orders cannot be cancelled after the Order Date has closed.

Voler is not responsible for incorrectly ordered items.
