VOLER does NOT ship directly overseas. Varian Medical will ship to you. If your billing address is different than your shipping please email Mark at Mark.Trail@varian.com with correct address ***

To place an international order:

1. Shipping Address: please uncheck the shipping is the same as billing box and enterthe following Palo Alto shipping address 3120 Hansen Way, Palo Alto, CA 94304 (c/o M. Trail)

2. Click “Ship to Coordinator” button

  1. Your team's order will ship on or before the specified ship date.

  2. Each product Like Item Category has a combined team minimum of at least 15 units.

  3. You can modify and add to your order up until the order deadline.

  4. Please see our help page or send us an email if you have any additional questions.

  5. Prices shown include sales tax and approx 55% off of retail.

All of the clothing that you are in the process of ordering is custom made to order by Voler. Because your items are custom, all sales are final. So please, double check what items you are purchasing and definitely try on current sizing samples to insure that you are ordering the correct size. Orders cannot be cancelled after the Order Date has closed.

Voler is not responsible for incorrectly ordered items.

It’s been 2 years since we’ve updated the Varian bike jersey design or had an opportunity to take advantage of a full bike kit order (i.e. jerseys, shorts, bibs, vests, thermals, jackets, gloves, knee/arm warmers, skin suits, running jersey’s, mt bike jerseys, etc).

The design this year has a totally new background with updated logos to include new products announced at ASTRO (HyperARC & 360 Oncology) along with the new Varex logo. We are attempting to color match the older kit designs, retaining the Varian Blue. so that this design can mix/match with older Varian designs. We’ve negotiated a 55% discount off of retail prices, but your opportunity to order will only be available until Oct 10.

Promotion of the opportunity is being advertised world-wide via the Varian Intranet. However, since not everyone looks at the homepage please forward to any interested employees or Varian affiliates/customers or patients. If you know of any bike groups at your local office, please forward.

Timing: (orders close Oct 10)

Oct 6 (11am-1pm): Voler on Palo Alto campus (Varian Campus Center) for Shirt/short fitting and order opportunity

Mon, Oct 10: Last day to Order/Voler website shuts down

Nov 28-30: Orders ship

International Orders: Voler will ship international orders through Palo Alto to the local coordinator (me) where they will be forwarded to individuals (as Voler cannot ship internationally). Instructions are on the Voler website.
