Custom Apparel Online Ordering

The easiest way to order clothing for the team is to have them do the work for you. Our Online Ordering System is powerful and easy to use. You can set custom prices, turn on and off items and even customize the order home page. Individuals are then given a secure link to login and place their own orders, payments and all.

Full order reports and customers list are available to the clothing coordinator. This service is complimentary to Voler Customers.

An addition to this service, we are happy to announce our new AutoPac program. For a nominal fee of $3.00 per individual order, you can choose to have each person’s order separated and packed just for them, so when the order arrives it is already pre-sorted by teammate.

Easy Ordering

Call 800-488-6537 to verify Voler’s next available ship date.
Send a $100 reservation deposit to secure your delivery date.
Receive due dates for your artwork, order and 50% deposit. These are due 7 weeks before your ship week.
Submit your order through the Quick Order link or use the Online Ordering System* and have your teammates place their own individual orders.
Order sizing samples and have a sizing party for the team.
You will be contacted by Art Services and assigned a personal designer 4 weeks before your ship week.
Full sized color proofs will be sent for your final art approval.
Customer service will contact you during your week of shipment to verify your shipping information. Your order will then ship ON TIME.

Reorders

Plan in advance - Because our schedule fills so rapidly, we recommend that you hold a spot for your reorder at the time you place your original order. *Minimum requirement of only 15 units per like item on all exact re-orders.

Price Matching - We will match the original price per item for your reorder based on your original order pricing regardless of quantities. This applies to orders delivered within the same season: Oct. 1 through Sept. 30. Orders after this time are considered new orders.

Example - If your original order was 100 short sleeve jerseys at $55.00, your reorder of 15 short sleeve jerseys will still be $55.00 (as long as there are no artwork changes).

Pricing Policy

All inclusive pricing - Designed to take the burden out of determining your clothing pricing. All clothing prices include art set-ups and all colors. There are no hidden or additional charges.

Like Item Pricing

VOLER's advanced "Like Item Pricing" system allows you to combine like items within each group to meet the 15 piece minimum per category. Items can also be combined within each Like Item category to move up to the next quantity break.
